Butch Higley (born August 2, 1942) is an American race car driver from Rocky Gap, Virginia. He currently participates in the FARC Lowe Dollar Series as a crew chief for John Burr, and occasionally drives Burr's entry himself as of the 2021 season.

Higley gained notoriety in the Virginia dirt track racing scene and the surrounding states as a self-described naturist who lobbied to drive nude in the late 1960s, with much backlash. He made three starts in the 1974 ARLA season, where he was initially allowed to race while only wearing shorts and a helmet. However, he was severely burned after a crash in his third race, after which ARLA required all drivers to wear full uniforms.
