The 2013 ARLA Street Stocks season was the 38th and final season.
The calendar was separated into two regions, East and West, and like the Elite Series and Tornado Alley Truck Series, the season-ending race was at the Rockford Speedway. The manufacturers that competed were Lycoia, Tremwell, and Lenard. Taylor Matthews won the East series championship, while West series champion Bradley Carlisle won the overall title after the Rockford 75; the national championship race.
After the conclusion of the season, the series' sanctioning body ARLA merged with FARCE to create FARC. The series was retained by the new sanctioning body for 2014, and is now named the FARC DiEmAr Chassis Regional Cup.
The races are known to receive their funding from the most unusual and small local businesses located near the racetracks.
