The 2019 Karjala Grand Prix, the 43rd annual running of the event, was the seventh race of the 2019 TM Master Cup season.

Qualifying[edit | edit source]
- The first qualifying session locks the fastest 10 cars into the field and set the pole sitter. This is an open session (running out practice).
- The second qualifying session will lock the next 16 fastest cars into the field. This is a single-lap session (normal qualifying session).
- The third qualifying session will be an open session to set the remaining 20 cars into the field. This is another open session.
