Alan Hodges is a Welsh race car driver. He was born in Cardiff, Wales and for the first part of his career raced in British Touring cars. He moved to stock cars in 1998 and eventually became a leading driver in the TM Master Cup Series. Hodges is known to be very strong on superspeedways despite his road racing background. Hodges is also very strong on the road courses, winning in front of his home crowd in 2006 and 2010. Hodges announced that he would retire from racing full time in following the 2011 season. He is now the reserve driver for his team, with Adrien Devereux and Luciano Soveral as his full-time drivers.
