Biography[edit | edit source]
Chris Winter was born in Dunkirk, New York to former ARLA Elite Series driver Donald Winter and Kelly Gregerson. At the age of five, he found his love for Go Karts, which at the time he just rode it in his backyard. At age 10, he finally was allowed to enter races, but only wonf four races in his five-year career. At age 15, his father gave him a Street Stock that he ran at Stateline Speedway in Busti, Ny, where he won the 2004 Championship. As of May 21st 2011, he has 19 feature wins.
In 2008 his talent caught the eye of fellow dirt track racer Daniel Leckliter (who was at the race with his family, during a TM Master Cup off week), and talked him into a Continental Racing League Modified Series ride.
Over the course of the next several years, Winter made starts in the CRL Modified Series, ARlA Elite Series, and the National Racing Championship for Leckliter's team.
Following the 2014 NRC season, Winter retired from racing to pursue Pro Wrestling. He currently holds the Maximum Force Wrestling Cruiserweight Championship.
