Darren Cardel (born January 18, 1985 in Guildford, Surrey) is an English racing driver who currently competes in the German Supercar Championship for Ferdinand United Grand Prix. He was previously drove in TM Lights Series and in the TM Master Cup series for his then long-term employer in the Melrose Racing Team.

Darren caught the interest of Formula A driver and then new into team ownership Daniel Melrose with his success driving for his father's team, Cardel Racing Untied in British and European Touring Cars, and after a few years working with MRT, was elected to lead the German/Australian team's venture into the TM Master Cup.

Cardel scored one of the biggest upsets in the TM Master Cup series in recent years, when he won the 2013 Round of Ohio as a Promoter's Option entry. His TM Lights campaign has not been as successful, as he was second to last in points after that series' round at the same track. That would prove to be his only success in 2013, and after MRT were confirmed for a full time seat in the 2014 TM Master Cup season, Cardel elected to move on from Melrose Racing Team and race in German Supercars with Gessler team Ferdinand United for 2014. However, he continued to make limited starts for both Ferdinand United and Gessler Richter MC Team.
