Jacques Bouvier (born May 9, 1983 in Rouen) is a French race car driver. In 2011 he drove the #7 Gasnier for Majestic Motorsports with sponsorship from Jjaro Microsystems. He was teamed up with Dale Roswell. Bouvier is known for being a big advocate of driver safety. He previously won the TM Lights championship.

- Dominated the 2009 TM Lights series, locking up the championship with two races to go.
- Left the European racing scene to make a career in America, which he said would be the greater challenge, and therefore more rewarding if he found success.
- The key to his TM Lights series success was larger oval tracks and superspeedways. Only once did he win on a road course in TM Lights competition.
- Supports the creation of a TM Master Cup series driver's union, which would exist solely for the drivers to suggest rules to the officials.
- Despite his background, does not call himself one of Lenard's drivers.
- Been known to be very outspoken about dangerous driving.
