Jen Walker is an American motorsports executive working for FARC, formerly known as ARLA. She is the granddaughter of ARLA founder Henry Walker, and the brother of former ARLA Elite Series champion Kurt Walker.
She served as the CEO of ARLA until her marriage to Jeff Falkner, owner of Falkner Auto Racing Championship Enterprises, better known as FARCE; ARLA and FARCE subsequently merged to create FARC. Falkner currently serves as CEO of FARC, while Walker currently works as race director for the FARC Smash Beer/Lowe Dollar Series.
During her time as CEO, Walker was known to eschew her office work in favor on joining fans in the infield on race weekends.
