Libby Bell is an American race car driver, currently driving the #6 LiberTea Lenard for SPI Network in the AmeriCar AC-1 division. She previously competed in the FARC Lowe Dollar Series for SPI and its' parent, Power Steering, Inc..
Bell made her Master Cup debut in the 2012 Round of France filling in for Kurt Plissken, who was under suspension for his actions during the Round of England. She later substituted for the released Anthony Griffith at Indianapolis, but failed to qualify.
