Noah Dalitz (born April 20, 2000) is an American racing driver from Bakersfield, California, who was driving the #63 Saar for M&J Racing in the FARC Lowe Dollar Series. However, Dalitz is currently indefinitely suspended from the series (see below). He is the younger brother of former FARC competitor Scott Dalitz.
Dalitz began his racing career competing in the Voltroxx Mudstars dirt late model series in 2016 and 2017, taking a few feature wins, as well as practicing his craft with the RaceSim racing simulator. His skills attracted the attention of M&J and their sponsor Zing Energy, who were seeking a driver to replace the retiring Kevin Monroe in the famous #63, and it was announced that Noah would take the seat for the 2018 FARC season. Noah was paired with fellow Mudstars winner and FARC rookie Kerry Fenton, which surprised some onlookers who remembered the heated past rivalry between Fenton's cousin, Allie Riggs, and Scott Dalitz. Fenton assured reporters that the rivalry would not affect her and Noah being teammates, while Noah seemed less certain.
While there ultimately were no reported incidents between Dalitz and Fenton during the 2018 season, both still had disappointing seasons as they transitioned to stock cars and racing primarily on pavement. Dalitz in particular struggled with only five top-15 finishes and a best result of 5th in the Oktoberfest Nationals, semifinals, versus Fenton's five top-10s.
Dalitz's results did not improve in 2019, with 8 DNFs in his first 10 races, and his third place finish at Nelson Ledges wiped after the team was disqualified for failing post-race inspection. Then, at Oswego Speedway, Dalitz and Fenton made contact exiting Turn 4, and Noah reportedly directed "abusive and offensive speech" towards Fenton over his team radio. Noah was summoned to race control after the finish, and it was announced that he would be indefinitely suspended from FARC until he could complete sensitivity training.
