The Ohio Motor Speedway is a .473-mile short track located in downtown Columbus, Ohio that returned to the TM Master Cup schedule in 2011 after a six-year absence, with Welshman Michael Sykes winning the event. It is the shortest track currently on the TM Master Cup series schedule.
Notable drivers from the Columbus area include James West, who currently drives for Karl Inc. Racing in the ARLA Elite Series, and Packer Carroll, who currently drives for the Volpi Racing Team. Packer's race team, Gravity Racing, Inc., is also stationed in Columbus, just a few miles from the track.
The track also holds local short track racing, which includes the Crazy Compacts, Sport Stocks, Modifieds, and Late Models.
