The Tom Delgado Racing School was founded by former ASCC and Dash Cup champion Tom Delgado in 2018, and is currently located in Albany, New York, minutes away from the New York Autoring, which Delgado frequently rents for his students to log laps on. From time to time, Delgado has some of his connections in the sport teach one-off classes. Notable guest instructors include Kyle Gaffigan & Marco Cardillo.

There is rumor and innuendo circulating that Delgado is planning to buy the New York Autoring and build a brand new campus for his racing school, with the Autoring officially becoming the showpiece of the area. However, those rumors have not come true as of yet.

The school closed down after Tom Delgado passed away in 2021 at the age of 46. The land was willed to one of Delgado's closest friends in Gaffigan, who ran out of money to maintain the grounds and sold it back to the state. The campus was torn down in December of that year and there are plans for low-income housing to be built in its place.
