Andrea Kinasa (Born August 3rd, 1990) is a former FARC driver and TM Junior Series driver from Escondido, California. She is the widow of the late Scott Morales.
Early Career[edit | edit source]
Andrea got her start by racing go-karts around Southern California at age 8. She got her first taste of stock car racing at age 14 when she drove her first late model. After some moderate success she moved up to the TM Junior Series in 2009.
TM Junior Series[edit | edit source]
Andrea was announced to be the driver of the #173 Lucky Star Nemoto for Orbit Racing in late 2008. Her results are unknown but she ran only one season due to pregnancy in the offseason.
TM Lights[edit | edit source]
In 2011, Andrea would make her return driving the #06 car for 426 Motorsports, where she didn't have much success. She was still retained for 2012, but her results were pretty much the same.
ARLA Elite Series[edit | edit source]
After her husband's tragic accident at the Orange County 200 in 2012, she signed on with Groves Racing in honor of him. She would win two races, one at the California Speedway and another at the New York Autoring. She would race for one more year before quietly retiring in 2015. She came back for the 2017 Rockford 200 as an owner-driver.
Personal life and retirement[edit | edit source]
Andrea married Scott Morales in the summer of 2009 in a private ceremony. She would give birth to Raymond Conor Morales on July 15th, 2010. She is a fan of anime, which is what motivated her to sign with Orbit Racing in 2009. She announced her retirement in 2015. Since then she's been doing livestreams and cosplaying, sometimes both at the same time. In 2018 she married road racer Kevin Finlay. Despite being retired, she still entertains the idea of doing a one-off entry in a series.
