TM Master Cup Series Driver |
Lev Vladimirovich Polzin is a Russian born TM Master Cup Series and rally driver. He is best known for his embarrassing TM Master Cup series debut in the 2009 Round of Russia, but Vladimirovich returned the next year and, despite the smaller field, proved to be moderately competitive before an early mechanical failure put him out. In 2011, he drove for Avtomobilniy Tolyatti and attempted the 2011 Karjala Grand Prix but failed to pre-qualify despite showing impressive speed. He also ran the 2011 Round of Russia, dropping out after half distance with an oil line problem. He credited his pace at the tricky airport circuit to his rally experience.
Polzin also attempted the 2011 Round of Decatur, but, like at Karjala, he failed to get out of the pre-qualifying rounds.
